RCCE Engagement at Beitbridge Border

The South African Red Cross Society (SARCS) Musina Branch volunteer team conducted a Risk Communication and Community Engagement (RCCE) activity at the Beitbridge Border, engaging directly with truck drivers.

The activity aimed to provide relevant information and raise awareness on important health and safety matters. Volunteers interacted with drivers, shared key messages, responded to their concerns, and encouraged the adoption of safe and responsible practices.

Through direct engagement and open communication, the activity contributed to strengthening awareness, building trust, and promoting meaningful community participation within the border community.

Together, we continue to empower communities with information, encourage safer practices, and strengthen humanitarian action.
