SARCS and UCT Collaborate on Groundbreaking Isotopes Mapping Project

*SARCS and UCT Collaborate on Groundbreaking Isotopes Mapping Project*

The South African Red Cross Society (SARCS) National Office, in partnership with the University of Cape Town (UCT), recently visited SARCS branches in East London and Grahamstown. The team collected isotope samples from volunteers, staff, and community members as part of this innovative research initiative.

The isotopes mapping presentation was enthusiastically received, with volunteers engaging directly with a UCT researcher. This interaction ensured participants fully understood the project and the profound impact of their contributions to this pioneering effort in South Africa. Impressively, the visits achieved 90% of the planned sample total.
