
Eskom funds disaster relief in Qumbu, Eastern Cape
- Qumbu, Eastern Cape — The South African Red Cross Society (SARCS), with support from Eskom, delivered much-needed disaster relief to families in Qumbu. The initiative forms part of Eskom’s ongoing commitment to stand with vulnerable communities during times of crisis.
Working closely with local leadership, SARCS volunteers ensured assistance reached those most in need. Families who have recently experienced severe hardships received essential relief items to help them begin rebuilding and recovering with dignity.
