A strong woman stands up for herself. A stronger woman stands up for everybody else, like Marianna Nomdoe, who started voluntary work at the age of 12 at a soup kitchen for the homeless in Cape Town and at Bien Donne in Woodstock, and started her professional career as a PA at Attorneys and later worked as PA to the Head of Legislation at the City of Cape Town. In 2005 she moved to Greyton, where after in 2009, she started volunteering for SARCS, Greyton branch and became a member of their local committee.
In 2011, Miss Nomdoe started as a paid Administrator/Manager for the branch until 2015 when she moved back to Cape Town. Currently, Marianna is working at the Regional office as the Health & Care Manager, where her duties include overseeing awareness programs, nutrition projects, implementation of IGA’s, Youth development and Health Awareness programs, Early Childhood Development and ensuring we collaborate to ensure social relief for our communities.
