Effect of heavy rainfall has seen 86 people left homeless at Elundini LM Mqokolweni bridge and Vincent Township Maclear in the Eastern Cape. Red Cross disaster management team in partnership with Joe Gqabi District Municipality and Elundini Municipality immediately rushed to the scene to provide relief, with 100 blankets, 100 mattresses and 15 bags of clothing being donated.
